FALLOW Studio is a small art studio based in Wimberley, Texas. This policy explains what information I collect when you visit fromfallow.studio, how I use it, and the choices you have. I keep it simple: I collect only what I need, and I never sell your information.

What I collect

  • When you buy something: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give it, and what you ordered. Payment card details are handled by my payment processors. I never see or store your full card number.

  • When you sign up for my newsletter or a waitlist: your name and email.

  • When you send an inquiry or question: your name, email, and whatever you choose to share in the form.

  • When you browse: basic visit information like your browser, device, general location and the pages you view. Squarespace collects this automatically through cookies to keep the site running and show me simple traffic stats.

How I use it

  • To fill and ship your order, and to send order updates.

  • To reply to your inquiries and commission requests.

  • To send newsletters and drop announcements, but only if you signed up. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email.

  • To understand how people use the site so I can improve it.

Who else handles your information

I share only what’s needed with the services that help me run the studio:

  • Squarespace: hosts the website, forms, store and emails.

  • Payment processors: Squarespace Payments (powered by Stripe), plus Afterpay or Klarna if you choose a payment plan.

  • FinerWorks: prints and ships print orders, so they receive your name and shipping address.

  • Shipping carriers: to deliver your package.

I don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information, and I don’t share it for anyone else’s advertising.

Cookies

The site uses cookies, mostly Squarespace’s, to make the cart and checkout work and to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site, like checkout, may not work without them.

Keeping your information safe

I rely on Squarespace and my payment processors, which use industry-standard security. No website is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect what you share with me.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe: click “unsubscribe” in any email, or email me.

  • See, correct or delete your information: email hello@fromfallow.studio and I’ll take care of it. I may need to keep order records for tax and legal reasons.

Children

This site isn’t intended for children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If I update this policy, I’ll change the date at the top.
