Shipping & Policies

• Where I ship: within the U.S. for now.

• Shipping is included in every price. Tracking is sent by email as soon as your order is on its way.

• Ordering more than one type? Originals and limited editions ship from my studio, and open edition prints ship from my print studio, so they may arrive in separate packages.

• Lost or stolen packages: if tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email me within 7 days. Originals are insured, and I'll help file a claim. I'm not able to replace packages marked delivered to the address given at checkout.

• Address mistakes: please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email me right away. Once an order ships, I can't change where it goes.

Prints are made to order, so all print sales are final, both limited and open edition.

Originals are one of a kind and can't be remade, so returns aren't guaranteed. Reach out to hello@fromfallow.studio, and I'll review each request personally. An approved return must arrive back in its original condition and packaging, and the buyer covers return shipping.

If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, I'll make it right.

• Email hello@fromfallow.studio within 7 days of delivery for originals and 14 days for prints.

• Include photos of the piece, the damage and the packaging.

• Keep all the packing materials until your claim is resolved.

• Damaged or misprinted prints are replaced free. Damaged originals are handled through the shipping insurance, with a repair or a refund.

• Open edition prints go into production quickly, so they can't be changed once ordered. Email me within 24 hours of ordering to cancel.

• Limited edition prints can be cancelled for a full refund until your print has been signed and numbered.

• Originals can be cancelled for a full refund until they ship.

• Originals: hang away from direct sunlight, heaters and humid rooms like bathrooms. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth, and never use water or cleaners on the surface.

• Prints: handle by the edges with clean, dry hands. Prints can be framed with or without glass. Without it, the velvety paper texture shows, so it reads more like the original painting. If you skip the glass, hang it away from direct sunlight, kitchens and bathrooms. For extra protection, frame it behind UV-protective glass or acrylic.

• Colors on screen: I photograph every piece carefully, but screens vary, so colors may look slightly different in person. This isn't considered damage.

• Payments: major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Afterpay are accepted at checkout.

• Sales tax: Texas sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

• Sending a gift? Add the recipient's address at checkout and a note in the order comments. I'll leave the receipt out of the package. Gift cards coming soon.

Your name, address and email are used only to fulfill your order and, if you sign up, to send studio news and drop announcements. Your information is never sold. Print orders are shared with my print studio only to make and ship your print. Read the full Privacy Policy.
